Disclaimer!

I want to talk about my qualifications and who I am to talk about trauma, mental health, and disability on this website.

Please read ALL the information below before you request any of my helping services or buy any of my coaching or therapeutic digital products! Thank you.

Please note that I’m not an accredited therapist in every country; I’m only allowed to use the therapist title in Sweden because here anybody who has relevant training, even in a vocational diploma or associate degree (less than a bachelor’s degree), can use the title therapist. A psychologist is, however another thing and more aligned with how "therapist" is used in the States for example! For a psychologist, you need a master's degree in Sweden, but for a regular therapist (like a CBT therapist or suchlike), meaning you're NOT a psychotherapist (that is equivalent to a psychologist here), it's enough with a vocational training in Psychology.

And that’s different from country to country.

So, for my services, I only coach people outside of Sweden, even if I embed therapeutic techniques into it. That’s because I can’t call myself a therapist internationally, unfortunately.

Please also bear in mind that I have no license in any country, including Sweden, because my only education as a therapist that I have, is an associate degree/vocational diploma. I don’t claim to be a clinical mental health professional at the level of a psychologist, because that’s not what I am. I’m more of a trauma-informed coach (internationally) and specifically a CBT therapist (in Sweden only) with my educational background!

Regarding my metaphysical studies, I will not be able to use this in a clinical practice either, since I study for a religious bachelor’s and master’s degree, not a common academic degree. So, what I will do with that is mainly research and holistic therapies.

I’m also currently studying to become a CBT therapist in Sweden, and I take some individual courses at Centre of Excellence, which gives me “Continuing Professional Development” (CPD) points to use in my research and professional life. The courses I’m currently taking are in trauma-informed coaching, among others. I’m finished with my CBT therapist training in December 2026.

Please contact a licensed medical professional or mental health professional if you need help with a serious mental or physical condition.
